Who wants to gain muscle mass? What does one need to eat to gain muscle mass? How does one speed up the process of gaining muscle mass?

1 Baked potato

1Cup Brown rice

1Cup Romaine lettuce with lemon juice and a drop of olive oil

Chicken with Quinoa

1 1/2 C uncooked quinoa

2 t olive oil

1lb chicken tenderloins

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 red onion

1 jalapeno

1 C corn

1 1/2 C salsa

Cool quinoa according to package directions. Meanwhile in a skillet heat the oil, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through-let check rest when cooked on a plate with tented foil. Dice onion and pepper then cut chicken into cubes. When the quinoa is done, combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper and serve.
